The contact form
Once delivery is enabled, your name, email address, company if provided and enquiry will be used to respond to you. The form does not subscribe you to any newsletter.
Saving a draft downloads a file to your device. This does not send your enquiry to REMS Tech.
Quick answers
When AI chat is disabled, quick answers are prepared in advance. Selecting a question does not send its content to an AI provider.
Chatting with Gemini
When the AI assistant is enabled, your message and recent exchanges are sent through our server to Google Gemini to produce a contextual response. REMS Tech does not keep a permanent conversation database; exchanges remain in the page’s memory until it is closed or reloaded.
Under the free plan, Google states that content may be used to improve its products. Do not share passwords, confidential documents or sensitive data. You can use the other pages without chatting with the AI.
Read the Gemini terms of service for information about Google’s data processing. Provider-specific retention periods and conditions must be checked before public activation.
Cookies and analytics
This version has no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information required to load them, including the IP address.
Information to complete before publication
The legal identity of the data controller, contact details for exercising rights, legal basis, retention periods and actual service providers must be specified before opening data collection to the public.
Your language choice is saved for one year in a preference cookie, only when you use the FR / EN selector. Without a saved choice, French remains the default language.
